What do I need with me for my fitting?

Bring the garment you want altered, the undergarments or shapewear you'll wear with it, the shoes you plan to wear, any accessories like belts or jackets that affect fit, and any specific preferences you have about how you'd like the garment to look and feel.

How far in advance do I need to book my fitting?

Zoe has flexible availability and can often accommodate short-notice requests. However, it's best to reach out as soon as you know you'll need alterations to avoid rushing and ensure the best fit. You can also book well in advance.

Do you offer rush services?

Yes, rush services are available when scheduling allows. If you're on a tight timeline, let Zoe know what you need and by when, and she’ll do her best to make it work.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Zoe prefers payment via cash or Zelle, but also accepts Venmo, PayPal, and checks.

✄ Zoe will travel anywhere in Westchester to fit you in the comfort of your own home. She will then bring the garments back to her home studio in White Plains to do the work. You can pick the completed alterations up from her home studio or she will deliver them back to your home or other requested location.

✄ Zoe always takes as much time as needed to be sure that every garment fits the way you want it to. She doesn't rush and is sure to leave space around each fitting in case extra time is needed. You can expect to schedule about 30 minutes for most garments.
